125-APARTMENT PBSA REFURBISHMENT & 250 NEW FIRE DOOR SETS
A major integrated PBSA summer refurbishment and fire safety programme delivered across 125 student apartments in Liverpool. Simetria delivered in house multiple workstreams within the summer delivery window, combining apartment upgrades with furniture and M&E works alongside the survey, removal and replacement of 250 fire door sets. Each new certified fire door installation was fully recorded to provide a comprehensive digital Golden Thread and auditable record of the completed works.

Coordinated in-house PBSA refurbishment and upgrade works across 125 apartments, bringing multiple trades, finishes and installation activities together within a tightly managed summer programme and preparing the accommodation for the new academic year.
250 NEW CERTIFIED FIRE DOOR SETS

Survey, removal and responsible disposal of existing doors followed by the installation of 250 new certified fire door sets. Each installation was recorded with photographic evidence and asset-level information, creating a complete digital Golden Thread for ongoing fire door compliance and management.
INTEGRATED M&E, FURNITURE & INTERNAL UPGRADES

Electrical, heating and internal improvement works coordinated alongside furniture upgrades and the wider refurbishment programme, allowing multiple workstreams to be delivered efficiently under a single integrated project team.
