42-STUDIO PBSA SUMMER REFURBISHMENT & COMPLETE INTERNAL UPGRADE
A fast-track PBSA summer refurbishment programme delivered across 42 student studios in Wembley, London. Simetria coordinated the complete upgrade of the accommodation, including new kitchens, flooring, furniture, beds and mattresses, electrical works and internal doors.
Delivered within a five-week summer window, the programme brought multiple refurbishment workstreams together under one coordinated delivery team, with all studios completed ready for student occupation.
