Simetria delivered the in-house refurbishment of 120 student apartments in Nottingham while the PBSA remained occupied — completing 12 apartments every week through a fast-track rolling programme of flooring, decoration, furniture and M&E upgrades.
A fast-track rolling refurbishment programme across 120 student apartments within an occupied PBSA development in Nottingham. Simetria delivered the works entirely through its in-house team, completing 12 apartments every week while maintaining the operation of the wider building. The programme included new flooring, painting and decoration, beds and mattresses, electrical works, upgraded lighting and new heating, with each apartment progressed through a controlled rolling sequence from commencement to completion.
