9 COMPLETE PBSA STUDIO REFURBISHMENTS DELIVERED IN FOUR WEEKS

A fast-track summer refurbishment programme transforming nine student studios within a Southampton PBSA development. Delivered entirely by Simetria’s in-house team, the project combined comprehensive interior refurbishment with new kitchens and ensuite upgrades, flooring, lighting and electrical works, decoration and complete bespoke furniture packages.

All bespoke furniture was manufactured in-house by Simetria specifically for the apartments, including beds, desks, shelving and storage units, and sofas. From manufacture and installation through to the wider refurbishment works, the complete programme was delivered within a four-week summer window, providing fully finished studios ready for student occupation.

Complete refurbishment of nine student studios within a four-week summer turnaround, including kitchens, ensuite upgrades, new flooring, lighting and electrical works, decoration and final finishes — all delivered directly by Simetria’s in-house team.

BESPOKE FURNITURE MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE

Complete furniture packages designed and manufactured in-house by Simetria, including bespoke beds, desks, shelving and storage units, and sofas, before installation as an integrated part of each finished studio.

KITCHENS, ENSUITES & M&E UPGRADES

New kitchen installations and ensuite upgrades delivered alongside replacement flooring, lighting, electrical works and full decoration, creating completely renewed student accommodation ready for the new academic year.
