Co-ordinated refurbishment and bespoke furniture programme
Simetria delivered a co-ordinated refurbishment and bespoke furniture programme across five BTR developments in London and the South East, transforming welcome areas, receptions, resident amenity spaces and study areas.
Our integrated delivery included interior refurbishment, painting and decorating, bespoke furniture, signage and branded interior features. Working across all five locations simultaneously, our in-house teams created welcoming, contemporary spaces that reflected Fizzy Living's distinctive brand identity while maintaining a consistent standard of quality throughout the portfolio.
