Project Overview
ROOFTOP COURTYARD & RESIDENT LOUNGE TRANSFORMATION
A resident amenity upgrade delivered within a fully occupied BTR development in London. Simetria transformed both the external rooftop courtyard and internal resident lounge, creating refreshed communal environments designed to enhance the resident experience while the building remained operational throughout the works.
The external works included new artwork and decorative improvements to the rooftop terrace and courtyard environment. Internally, the resident lounge was comprehensively upgraded with bespoke furniture, new flooring and decoration, together with lighting and heating improvements. All works were delivered directly by Simetria with careful sequencing to maintain access and minimise disruption to residents.

ROOFTOP COURTYARD & EXTERNAL ARTWORK

Complete upgrade of the communal resident lounge incorporating bespoke furniture, new flooring and full decoration to create a refreshed, comfortable and contemporary shared living environment.
LIGHTING & HEATING UPGRADES IN OCCUPATION

Lighting and heating improvements delivered alongside the wider lounge refurbishment, with all works carefully managed within the occupied BTR development to minimise disruption and maintain resident access.
