Simetria delivered the complete refurbishment of 12 luxury apartments at Kings Cross, London — integrating new kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, lighting, full furniture packages, electrical works and full redecoration within one coordinated summer programme.
A comprehensive luxury BTR refurbishment programme delivered across 12 apartments in Kings Cross in central London.
Delivered entirely by Simetria’s in-house team, the programme integrated all refurbishment workstreams from strip-out through to installation, finishing and handover, providing single-point responsibility for quality, programme and delivery.
