FAST-TRACK BTR REFURBISHMENT & RESIDENT AMENITY UPGRADE
A fast-track refurbishment of resident amenity spaces at Anaconda Cut, Manchester, delivered within an occupied BTR development. Simetria completed a coordinated programme of interior upgrades and furniture installation, creating a new Sky Lounge, resident kitchen, dedicated study areas and cinema rooms. The £100k programme was completed within four weeks, with works carefully managed to minimise disruption and maintain resident access throughout the development.
What we delivered
NEW SKY LOUNGE & SOCIAL SPACE
01
Refurbishment and furnishing of the Sky Lounge to create an upgraded resident destination for relaxing, meeting and socialising, with the interior works and furniture package coordinated as one complete delivery.
RESIDENT KITCHEN & STUDY SPACES

Creation and upgrade of shared kitchen and dedicated study areas, combining practical interior improvements with new furniture to provide flexible spaces for working, dining and everyday resident use.
CINEMA & RESIDENT AMENITY ROOMS
03
Refurbishment and furnishing of cinema and communal amenity rooms as part of the wider BTR upgrade, with multiple workstreams delivered within a tightly controlled four-week programme while the building remained occupied.
