Amenity Space Refurbishment
Simetria delivered a complete refurbishment and interior fit-out of a London purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) amenity room, transforming the existing space into a contemporary, multifunctional environment for socialising, studying and relaxation.
Our integrated in-house delivery included full strip-out, new flooring, luxury architectural lighting, plumbing, electrical works, acoustic wall panelling, painting and decorating, and a new kitchen. Extensive bespoke furniture, loose FF&E, planting, a pool table and coordinated interior finishes completed the transformation, creating a high-quality resident amenity through one fully managed design, manufacturing and installation programme.

COMPLETE REFURBISHMENT & INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Full strip-out and refurbishment of the existing PBSA amenity room, including new flooring, plumbing, electrical installations, kitchen fit-out, painting and decorating, creating a contemporary, multifunctional resident space.
BESPOKE FURNITURE, LOOSE FF&E & INSTALLATION

Designed, manufactured, sourced and installed extensive bespoke furniture and loose FF&E, including custom seating, tables, a pool table and planting, creating distinctive social, study and relaxation areas.
LUXURY LIGHTING, ACOUSTICS & INTERIOR DESIGN

Installed luxury architectural lighting, acoustic wall panelling and coordinated decorative finishes, combining design, furniture and technical installations to deliver a cohesive, high-quality student living environment.
