Simetria delivered a £1m complete interiors and furniture package across 68 new-build apartments at ROX Brighton
A £1m new-build residential interiors contract delivered across 68 apartments at ROX Brighton. Simetria manufactured, supplied and installed complete interior packages spanning studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhouses and penthouses.
The scope included fitted kitchens and appliances, herringbone timber flooring, ceramic tiling, bespoke joinery, designer furniture and furnishings, together with the fit-out of show apartments and resident amenity spaces.

In house design, manufacture, supply and installation of coordinated interior packages across 68 new-build homes, ranging from studios and standard apartments through to duplexes, townhouses and premium penthouses.
KITCHENS, FLOORING & BESPOKE JOINERY

Complete fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, herringbone timber flooring, ceramic tiling and bespoke joinery manufactured and installed as part of the coordinated apartment delivery programme.
03 — DESIGNER FURNITURE, SHOW HOMES & AMENITIES

Complete furniture and furnishing packages across the development, including designer furniture, fully dressed show apartments and the residents' lounge, creating finished spaces ready for occupation and marketing.
