COMPLETE PBSA COURTYARD & WELLNESS AMENITY TRANSFORMATION
Simetria transformed the internal and external amenity spaces of this Southampton PBSA scheme — delivering a new yoga and wellness studio alongside a complete landscaped courtyard, outdoor bar, automated pergolas and bespoke resident furniture within a six-week programme.
A complete transformation of the internal and external student amenity spaces at this Southampton PBSA scheme. Simetria created a new purpose-built yoga and wellness studio, including new flooring, lighting, air conditioning and HVAC, bespoke furniture and associated construction works.
Externally, the courtyard was comprehensively upgraded with new paving, landscaping, bespoke outdoor bar, automated pergolas, new furniture, seating and recreational areas. Delivered as one integrated £190k programme within six weeks, the project created high-quality social, leisure and wellbeing spaces for students.

NEW YOGA & WELLNESS STUDIO

Complete construction and fit-out of a new resident yoga and wellness studio, including new flooring, lighting, air conditioning and HVAC installation, bespoke furniture and joinery, new door construction and all associated finishes.
LANDSCAPED COURTYARD & AUTOMATED PERGOLAS

Full external courtyard transformation incorporating new paving, planting and landscaping, together with bespoke remote-controlled pergolas to create flexible, sheltered outdoor spaces for year-round resident use.
OUTDOOR BAR, FURNITURE & SOCIAL AMENITIES
03
Creation of a new outdoor bar and social area complete with bespoke furniture, tables, seating, informal bean-bag areas and table tennis, creating a flexible resident environment for dining, socialising and recreation.
