Contemporary, high-quality fitness and wellbeing space
Simetria delivered a complete gym refurbishment and fit-out in a London purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development, transforming the existing facility into a contemporary, high-quality fitness and wellbeing space.
Our integrated in-house delivery included full strip-out, new resin flooring, architectural lighting, acoustic wall treatments, mirrors, bespoke furniture, painting and decorating, branded signage and interior design. The project combined design, refurbishment and installation through one coordinated delivery programme, creating a modern student amenity designed for durability, functionality and everyday use.

COMPLETE GYM STRIP-OUT & REFURBISHMENT

Full strip-out and refurbishment of the existing PBSA gym, including new resin flooring, painting, decorating and interior finishes, creating a durable, contemporary fitness environment.
LIGHTING, ACOUSTICS & INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Installed a new architectural lighting system, acoustic wall treatments, full-height mirrors and bespoke furniture, integrating performance, comfort and contemporary gym design.
