112-STUDIO PBSA SUMMER REFURBISHMENT & 120 NEW FIRE DOOR SETS
A fast-track, integrated PBSA summer refurbishment programme delivered across 112 student studios in Liverpool. The works combined full internal refurbishment with new flooring, complete redecoration, furniture upgrades, new lighting and electrical works, new wall heating, and the survey, removal and replacement of 120 certified fire door sets. Delivered within an eight-week summer programme, the project brought refurbishment, M&E upgrades and fire safety works together under one coordinated delivery programme.

Integrated summer refurbishment of 112 student studios, including new flooring throughout, full redecoration and furniture upgrades. Delivered as a coordinated fast-track programme within the restricted summer works period, ready for student occupation.
120 x New Certified Fire Door Sets
02
End-to-end fire door replacement programme comprising detailed fire door surveys, removal and responsible disposal of existing doors, and installation of 120 new UK-certified fire door sets, complete with full installation records, photographic evidence and a digital Golden Thread for every fire door asset.
Complete Lighting, Electrical and Heating Upgrades
03
Complete electrical upgrade across all 112 studios, including replacement of the existing lighting installation, associated rewiring and installation of new energy-efficient wall heaters. Works were coordinated within the wider refurbishment programme to deliver modernised, reliable and more efficient student accommodation.
