FIRE DOOR REMEDIATION | 578 FIRE DOORS
At Elephant & Castle, Simetria delivered targeted fire door compliance works across 578 doors within an occupied London residential building. The project formed part of the client's wider 11-building programme, allowing a consistent compliance methodology to be applied while tailoring the works to the needs of this individual asset.
This 578-door project formed part of Simetria's wider 4,500 + fire door remediation programme across 11 residential buildings. A remediation-first approach was used to identify and address defects while retaining suitable existing doors wherever appropriate.
This focused London programme demonstrates how Simetria scales its fire door delivery model to suit individual buildings without compromising consistency. The same controls, remediation-first principles and evidence-led approach used across the wider portfolio were maintained throughout the 578-door project.
This project formed part of Simetria's wider fire door remediation programme across 11 residential buildings. Delivering the portfolio through one coordinated approach provided consistency in remediation methodology, quality assurance, reporting and accountability across more than 4,500 fire doors.
