Simetria delivered comprehensive architectural and technical lighting solutions for the prestigious Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton, one of Lithuania's leading luxury hotels. Our integrated scope encompassed lighting design, technical calculations, detailed layouts, luminaire specification, installation, configuration and commissioning across the hotel's principal hospitality environments, combining architectural elegance with precision lighting engineering.
Located in the historic heart of Vilnius, the Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton, represents a landmark luxury hospitality destination, where exceptional interior design, architectural character and guest experience are central to the property.
Simetria was responsible for the coordinated design and delivery of the hotel's architectural and technical lighting, bringing together creative lighting concepts, detailed engineering, equipment specification and installation within one integrated programme.
The lighting scheme addressed the distinct requirements of the hotel's restaurants, bar, lounges, dining areas and event spaces, balancing decorative impact with functional illumination, visual comfort and operational flexibility.
Detailed lighting layouts, illuminance (lux) calculations, luminaire positioning, colour temperature selection and configuration were coordinated with the hotel's interior architecture, decorative finishes and bespoke features.
From statement pendant lighting and illuminated bar displays to architectural downlighting, concealed illumination and flexible event-space lighting, the project demonstrates Simetria's ability to deliver sophisticated hospitality lighting solutions from initial design through to final installation and commissioning.

ARCHITECTURAL & TECHNICAL LIGHTING DESIGN

Simetria developed a comprehensive lighting design strategy for the hotel's luxury restaurants, bar, lounges and event spaces. Our technical design incorporated detailed illuminance (lux) calculations, luminaire selection, lighting layouts, positioning, colour temperature and visual comfort considerations. Decorative, ambient, accent and functional lighting were carefully coordinated with the interior architecture to create distinctive environments while meeting the operational requirements of a five-star hotel.
LIGHTING ENGINEERING, LAYOUTS & CONFIGURATION

Our team translated the lighting design into detailed technical layouts and installation requirements, coordinating lighting positions, architectural integration, electrical interfaces and configuration. The scheme incorporated bespoke feature lighting, illuminated joinery and bar displays, architectural downlighting and layered illumination, with particular attention to the different lighting requirements of dining, relaxation, circulation and events.
LIGHTING INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING & HANDOVER

Simetria coordinated and delivered the installation, configuration and commissioning of the hotel's lighting systems, integrating decorative luminaires, architectural fittings and specialist lighting features into the completed interiors. Final positioning, lighting levels and system configuration were addressed to achieve the intended design atmosphere, functional performance and operational flexibility across the hotel's principal hospitality areas.
