Project Overview
At Hammersmith, Simetria delivered a comprehensive fire door remediation programme across 525 fire door sets. The occupied residential project formed a significant part of the client's wider 11-building programme, with works managed through a consistent approach to assessment, remediation, quality assurance and digital compliance evidence.
The 525-door Hammersmith programme required fire door compliance works to be delivered consistently across a substantial occupied residential asset. Simetria applied its remediation-first methodology alongside structured quality control and asset-level recording.
This project formed part of Simetria's wider fire door remediation programme across 11 residential buildings. Delivering the portfolio through one coordinated approach provided consistency in remediation methodology, quality assurance, reporting and accountability across more than 4,500 fire doors.
