FIRE DOOR REMEDIATION | 549 FIRE DOORS
Across 549 fire doors in Ilford, Simetria delivered a substantial fire door remediation programme within a live residential environment. The project was coordinated as part of the client's 11-building portfolio, combining asset-level assessment, remediation-first corrective works, quality assurance and digital compliance records.
With 549 fire doors, Ilford was one of the larger assets within the programme. Simetria applied repeatable processes, disciplined quality control and coordinated site management to deliver high-volume remediation while retaining clear visibility of each individual door and its compliance history.
With 549 fire doors, Simetria used a structured door-by-door process to manage identified defects, required actions and completed remediation consistently across the asset.
This project formed part of Simetria's wider fire door remediation programme across 11 residential buildings. Delivering the portfolio through one coordinated approach provided consistency in remediation methodology, quality assurance, reporting and accountability across more than 4,500 fire doors.
