Project Overview
Simetria delivered fire door remediation works across 712 doors at this south Londonresidential development, making it the largest individual asset within the client's 11-building programme. Delivery combined systematic assessment, high-volume remediation, controlled site sequencing and asset-level compliance records within an occupied environment.
At 712 fire doors, New Cross represented the largest single building within the programme. The scale required a repeatable and controlled approach capable of managing hundreds of individual assets while retaining door-level visibility and quality assurance.
New Cross demonstrates Simetria's capacity to deliver high-volume fire door remediation in live residential environments. A repeatable process, controlled sequencing and individual asset records enabled 712 doors to be managed within one coordinated compliance programme.
This project formed part of Simetria's wider fire door remediation programme across 11 residential buildings. Delivering the portfolio through one coordinated approach provided consistency in remediation methodology, quality assurance, reporting and accountability across more than 4,500 fire doors.
